    This trip is great for all guests and those with limited mobility. The resort has wheelchair-accessible rooms, has multiple elevators and is wheelchair/scooter-accessible. There may be excursions/bus/van tours that require a lot of walking or the ability to walk up and down stairs. If you do have limited mobility, we strongly encourage you to travel with someone who can assist you.

Payment Plans

Two payment plan options are available when booking online or through a Travel Consultant:

1. Olivia 6-Month Interest-Free Payment Plan: Olivia's No-Interest Payment Plan gives you the ability to pay for your vacation, without interest, over 6 monthly payments. This option is available for trips departing 12 months or more after the booking date.

2. Flex Pay Loans: Need to extend your payments over more time? Apply for a Flex Pay loan!

Cancellation Policy & Travel Insurance

Unexpected events can cause you to cancel your vacation. Because we are committed to this charter, we must strictly adhere to our cancellation policy as outlined in our Olivia Terms & Conditions. Transfer funds are nonrefundable and nontransferable from the point of sale forward.

Olivia recommends that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your trip investment against the unexpected. For a travel insurance quote, more information or to purchase a protection plan, please call Olivia at 800-631-6277 and select option 1 for a Travel Consultant. You may also purchase insurance online after your checkout.

    If you will have a birthday or celebration during your vacation and have not already informed us, please let us know as soon as possible, but no less than 90 days prior to the trip.

    Passports and Visas

    Guests must have a passport valid for six months after their arrival date. A visa is not required for U.S. travelers. All other travelers should check with their local consulate to determine what travel documents are required.

    Specific Needs: Dietary, Medical, Mobility and Other

    If you have any medical, mobility needs, or specific dietary requirements that you have not already advised your travel consultant, please advise us of this information as soon as possible but no less than 90 days prior to the trip.

    Vaccinations

    Please check with your local Public Health Department or personal physician regarding immunization requirements you may need. You may also check the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s website at: www.cdc.gov. Click on the Travelers’ Health section, then click on the Destinations link and choose Mexico.

  • Travel and Arrival

    Air Travel

    Airports: You will need to fly into and out of Puerto Vallarta Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR) which is located approximately 30 minutes from the resort.

    Airfare Discounts: Save up to 10% on your airfare through our partner, United Airlines. Airfare discount codes will be available approximately 11 months prior to departure. Please visit this trip’s Traveler Info tab for the latest airline discounts closer to the trip.  

    Check-In 

    Official check-in is after 3 pm. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage and enjoy the resort until your room is available. Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide your credit card to open a resort account. With a resort account, you can bill services and purchases to your room during your stay.

    Luggage Allowances 

    While there is no luggage limit at the resort, airlines often restrict (or charge) for excess baggage. Because each airline is different, and the regulations change over time, please check with your airline for baggage allowances. 

    Pre or Post Stays 

    We will offer a limited number of 1- and 2-pre nights. Ask your Travel Consultant for pricing and availability. Post-nights are not available due to a buyout of the resort the week after ours. 

    Transfers and Meeting Up with Olivia 

    Your round-trip transfers to and from Puerto Vallarta (PVR) airport are included on arrival and departure day. If you purchase pre-nights through Olivia, your transfers will be included on your arrival and departure days according to your flight times. We will request your flight information approximately 90 days ahead of the trip to ensure you receive your transfer. Alternatively, you can visit your Olivia Travel Profile and enter your flight information at any time.  

  • During Your Trip

    Electricity 

    The rooms are equipped with standard US 110-volt outlets, which is the same as the U.S. You may wish to bring a power strip and/or extension cord if you anticipate charging more than one electrical device at a time.

    Elevators 

    This resort has elevators.  

    Excursions 

    The resort offers a wide array of excursion options available at an extra charge. Offerings include sunset cruises, island tours, and more. A list of excursions and the ability to pre-book will be available approximately 30 days prior to the trip.

    Gratuities 

    Gratuities to resort staff are included in the cost of the trip. 

    Hair Dryers 

    There is a hair dryer in your room. If you prefer a stronger wattage, we encourage you to bring your own. 

    Internet 

    There is free Wi-Fi throughout the resort and in every room. 

    Laundry Services 

    Full-service laundry is available; you will find a laundry bag and price list in your room.

    Medical Services 

    Should you need medical assistance, contact the resort’s front desk reception desk; the doctor is on-call 24 hours/day. Medical attention will incur an additional charge. Additionally, there is a medical clinic across the street from the resort.

    Smoking Policy 

    All rooms, patios, balconies, and public indoor spaces are non-smoking. Smoking will be permitted in designated areas.

    Spa Services 

    Indulge and relax at the resort’s spa. Utilize your Limitless Resort credits to book massages and spa packages. A 35% service fee of the full retail price will be charged.

    Telephone 

    From your room, there are free calls to the U.S., Canada, and local landlines. You can also use apps like FaceTime (for phone calls via Wi-Fi) and WhatsApp (for phone calls and text messages via Wi-Fi). Alternatively, you can use your cellular service on your personal cell phone. We recommend you contact your cell phone provider for international plan options.
