We charter the whole ship or buy out the entire resort so your clients can have a truly “out” and free experience. Selling Olivia vacations is a privilege available to professional travel agents who meet high customer service standards. In order to serve as an authorized Olivia agent, you must have a valid IATA or CLIA identification.

Information required for booking
Before calling Olivia, please gather the following information for each client:
All reservations require a deposit. Olivia accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please make sure you have the correct billing address and security code from your client’s credit card. All payments must be in US dollars.
Paperwork required for review and signing
At the time of reservation, you will receive an 8-digit reservation number for your client, and you will receive an email requesting guests’ agreement to Olivia’s Terms and Conditions. Each guest must agree to Olivia’s electronic ‘Terms & Conditions’ via their own individual Olivia travel profiles. Once all booked guests have completed this process, please notify your Olivia representative for the official confirmation follow up email.You may also click here to view our Terms and Conditions, which includes details on our cancellation policy. Please be sure that your guests are familiar with the Cancellation Policy.
Please note that we cannot issue travel documents until the signed booking form is received. Travel documents will be sent to you approximately 4 weeks prior to the trip departure date.
Please have your client sign the booking form, and then return it on their behalf within 72 hours.
