Program Qualifications

Once you complete the trip that qualifies you for the next level (2nd, 5th, 15th, 26th and 40th), you will receive our WOW packet that congratulates you and welcomes you to the new Award Status level which includes a Welcome letter and a luggage tag for the specific level. After you complete your qualifying trip, please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery of your WOW packet.

Frequently Asked Questions
TRAVELING PARTNER HAS DIFFERENT WOW STATUS

In regard to invitations to dinners, priority spa reservations, VIP check-in, meet and greets, complimentary upgrades or upgrade specials, preferred seating for big-name entertainment, your partner is invited to join you. In regard to special level gifts or credits, only the guest in the specific WOW award status can qualify.

IDENTIFYING WOW MEMBERS

No worries. On large cruises, we’ll put an identifying marker on your keys so you can just flash them on your way in. On other trips, your name will be checked against a list of WOW members.

SHARING ADVENTURERS BENEFITS

If your friends are Explorers (or a higher level), they can book on the day(s) of the early trip announcement. If they are not, they can book once the announcement has been made to the general public. Following this protocol ensures that our WOW members have the opportunity to book the rooms/cabins of their choice. However, you can make reservations for travelling companion(s) at the same time as you make your own, and have them reimburse you.

QUALIFYING FOR UPGRADES/SPECIALS

These will be determined 1-3 weeks prior to the trip. You will be contacted by email or phone if we are able to accommodate this. Please let us contact you.

WOW LEVEL CANCELATIONS/UPGRADES

The same process will be followed based on your award level and date of booking. Guests will be contacted on board or at the resort if last-minute complimentary upgrades or special discounts for upgrades are available.

ALUMNAE PARTY INVITATIONS

The date and time of the Alumnae party will be in the Program schedule. You do not need an invitation. Just be there! All those who attend qualify for prize drawings including trip discounts.

CORRECT MISTAKE ON PROFILE

Not a problem. Just visit My Account, and click Reservations. At the bottom of the page you'll see "Are we missing some of your past trips? Click here to let us know." Click the link and follow the instructions to let us know which trips are missing. Please allow up to 6 weeks for the correction to be implemented.

FIVE TRIP PACKETS

Congratulations! We will send you your new WOW Award Status kit (including your cute luggage tag reflecting your new status level) about 30 days before your next trip begins.

REQUEST MORE LUGGAGE TAGS

FIND OUT ABOUT TRIPS IN ADVANCE

All WOW levels will receive email notification of specials and new trip offerings before they are announced on a trip, on the website or advertised to the general public. Please make sure that we have your current email address and that you are subscribed to our email newsletters.

PRE-TRIP CONCIERGE

If you are a Voyager, your Olivia Concierge can assist you in completing your online check-in, booking your shore excursions, and scheduling your dinner and spa reservations (on large cruise and large resort trips). Please make sure to contact Olivia VIP Services at least 45 days prior to your departure.

RESTRICTIONS/LIMITATIONS OF GIFT CERTIFICATES

The $1,000 Voyager credit can be applied to new reservations in any category (based on availability) on any future Olivia vacation. This Voyager credit will remain valid until it is applied.
