For one beautiful amazing week we were surrounded by the best in woman-identified culture. For one week, we felt loved, safe, and seen. Then Sunday came way too fast and we were back in the real world. Judy tried to prepare us Olivia-virgins for how hard re-entry would be, but it is 4:30 am on Wednesday morning and I can’t sleep because I feel so sad to no longer have all that we had for one precious week.
