Unexpected events can cause you to cancel your vacation. Because we are committed to this charter, we must strictly adhere to our cancellation policy as outlined in our Olivia Terms & Conditions.
Transfer funds are nonrefundable and nontransferable from the point of sale forward.

If your birthday falls on a date during the trip, or you will celebrate an anniversary or any other special event during the week of your trip that you have not already told your Olivia Travel Consultant about, please let us know as soon as possible, but no less than 90 days prior to the trip.

Passport and Visa
Guests must have in their possession a passport that is valid for six months after their date of arrival. A visa is not required for U.S. travelers. All other travelers should check with their local consulate to determine what travel documents are required.

If you have medical, mobility, or dietary requirements that you have not already told your Olivia Travel Consultant about, please let us know as soon as possible, but no less than 90 days prior to the trip.

You will need to fly into and out of Los Cabos International Airport (SJD)
Transfers and Meeting Up with Olivia
Your round-trip transfers to and from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) are included. We will request your flight information approximately 90 days in advance of the trip to ensure you receive your transfer. Alternatively, you can visit your Olivia Travel Profile and enter your flight information at any time. The airport is approximately 45 minutes driving time from the resort.
Check-In
Official check-in is after 3 pm on April 29, 2023. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage and enjoy the resort until your room is available.
Pre or Post Stays
Pre and post nights are based on availability. Ask your Travel Consultant for more information.

Smoking Policy
All rooms and public indoor spaces are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.
Solo Travelers
Traveling solo? Be sure to attend the Solos Welcome on the first day. Here you will meet your Olivia Solos Coordinator who will share your Solos program for the week. We plan dozens of activities for our solo travelers, including a special designated Solos excursion. In addition, we organize a special Solos dining area for all meals and reserve a section for the nightly shows.
Spa Services
Enjoy massages, facials and more at the RockSpa®. Spa services are an extra cost.
Telephone
Each room has a phone and unlimited international calls to the continental US, Canada, and Mexico are complimentary. Calls to 800 numbers, operators or other telephone companies will be charged a connect fee of $4 USD per call. Calls to areas outside the continental USA, Canada, and Mexico will be charged a per minute rate billable to individual rooms.

Check-out is 11 am on May 6, 2023.
Transfers to the Airport
Your transfer to the Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is included on May 6, 2023. If you purchased Olivia post nights, your transfer will be included according to your flight departure day and time. Departure information will be available at the resort.
This trip is great for guests with limited mobility as all rooms and event spaces are centrally located. There are ramps available for wheelchair/scooter users.
