Cancellation Policy
Unexpected events can cause you to cancel your vacation. Because we are committed to this charter, we must strictly adhere to our cancellation policy as outlined in our Olivia Terms & Conditions.
Transfer funds are nonrefundable and nontransferable from the point of sale forward.

You can register at Olivia Honeymoon Wishes for your honeymoon, anniversary, or other special celebration; browse through the selections and let your friends know just how easy it is for them to purchase a gift for you.
If your birthday falls on a date during the trip, or you will celebrate an anniversary or any other special event during the week of your trip that you have not already told your Olivia Travel Consultant about, please let us know as soon as possible, but no less than 90 days prior to the trip.

Passports and Visas
Guests must have a passport valid for six months after their arrival date. A visa is not required for U.S. travelers. All other travelers should check with their local consulate to determine what travel documents are required.
Specific Needs – Dietary, Medical and Mobility
If you have any medical, mobility needs, or specific dietary requirements that you have not already advised your travel consultant, please advise us of this information as soon as possible but no less than 90 days prior to the trip.

Vaccinations
Please check with your local Public Health Department or personal physician regarding immunization requirements you may need. You may also check the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s website at: www.cdc.gov. Click on the Travelers’ Health section, then click on the Destinations Link and choose your destination in the “For Travelers” pull-down menu.

Airports
You will need to fly into and out of Cancún International Airport (CUN).
Transfers and Meeting up with Olivia
Your round-trip transfers to and from Cancún International Airport (CUN) are included. We will request your flight information about 90 days before the trip to ensure you receive your transfer. Alternatively, you can visit your Olivia Travel Profile and enter your flight information at any time. The airport is approximately 20 minutes driving time from the resort.
Check-In
Official check-in is after 4 pm on May 18, 2024. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage and enjoy the resort until your room is available.

Pre- and post-nights are based on availability. Ask your Travel Consultant for more information.

Excursions
The resort offers a wide array of excursion options. Offerings include golf, sunset cruises, swimming with dolphins, deep sea fishing, Chichen Itza—one of the most famous archeological sites in the world, Coba Tulum—an extraordinary Mayan village, and Islas Mujeres (Women’s Island) by catamaran. These options are offered by a third-party tour operator and are subject to change. You can pre-book these services about 30 days before arrival. Extra charges apply.

Hair Dryers
There is a hair dryer in your room. If you prefer a stronger wattage, we encourage you to bring your own.
Internet
Basic wifi is included and is available throughout the resort. Premium wifi can be purchased for a fee.

Medical Services
There is an infirmary at the resort and a doctor on call 24 hours a day. There is an extra cost for medical attention.

Sisters at Play & Friends program is dedicated to promoting and celebrating diversity on our trips. Meet your Olivia Sisters at Play coordinator so you can find out about the special events we have planned for you during the week. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun.
Smoking Policy
All rooms and public indoor spaces are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.
Solo Travelers
Traveling solo? Be sure to attend the Solos Welcome on the first day. Here you will meet your Olivia Solos Coordinator who will share your Solos program for the week. We plan dozens of activities for our solo travelers, including a specially designated Solos excursion. In addition, we organize a special Solos dining area for all meals and reserve a section for the nightly shows.
Spa Services
Enjoy massages, facials and more at the L’Occitane Spa. Services are available for an extra charge.

Each room has a direct-dial phone; however, we encourage you to connect to wifi from your mobile device and use phone apps such as FaceTime or WhatsApp.

Transfers to the Airport
Your transfer to the Cancún International Airport (CUN) is included on May 25, 2024. If you purchased Olivia Post Nights, your transfer will be included according to your flight departure day and time. Departure information will be available at the resort.
This trip requires a good level of mobility, as some the resort is spread out with rooms sometimes being a distance from, activities, the main lobby, restaurants, and the beach. Excursions with varying activity levels are offered. If you do have limited mobility, it’s recommended that you travel with someone who can assist you.
