Transfer funds are nonrefundable and nontransferable from the point of sale forward.

If your birthday falls on a date during the trip, or you will celebrate an anniversary or any other special event during the week of your trip that you have not already told your Olivia Travel Consultant about, please let us know as soon as possible, but no less than 90 days prior to the trip.

Passport and Visa
Guests must have in their possession a passport that is valid for six months after their date of arrival. A visa is not required for U.S. travelers. All other travelers should check with their local consulate to determine what travel documents are required.

If you have medical, mobility, or dietary requirements that you have not already told your Olivia Travel Consultant about, please let us know as soon as possible, but no less than 90 days prior to the trip.

You will need to fly into and out of Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)
Transfers and Meeting Up with Olivia
Your round-trip transfers to and from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) are included. We will request your flight information approximately 90 days in advance of the trip to ensure you receive your transfer. Alternatively, you can visit your Olivia Travel Profile and enter your flight information at any time. The airport is approximately 45 minutes driving time from the resort.
Check-In
Official check-in is after 4 pm on October 21, 2023. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage and enjoy the resort until your room is available.
Pre or Post Stays
Pre and post nights are based on availability. Ask your Travel Consultant for more information.

Solo Travelers
Traveling solo? Be sure to attend the Solos Welcome on the first day. Here you will meet your Olivia Solos Coordinator who will share your Solos program for the week. We plan dozens of activities for our solo travelers, including a special designated Solos excursion. In addition, we organize a special Solos dining area for all meals and reserve a section for the nightly shows.
Spa Services
Enjoy massages, facials and more at the Spa by Pevonia at an extra cost. The spa will be shared space with the next door Breathless Punta Cana Resort. There will be designated hours exclusive to Olivia guests.

Transfers to the Airport
Your transfer to the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is included on October 28, 2023. If you purchased Olivia post nights, your transfer will be included according to your flight departure day and time. Departure information will be available at the resort.
This trip requires a good level of mobility, as some the resort is spread out with rooms sometimes being a distance from, activities, the main lobby, restaurants, and the beach. Excursions with varying activity levels are offered. If you do have limited mobility, it’s recommended that you travel with someone who can assist you.
