Travel through the hamlet of Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. - Athabasca River Float Trip (3-hour experience): This easy and highly scenic rafting float trip takes you 10 miles (16 km) down the Athabasca River for a unique perspective of Jasper National Park. Approx. price $60 USD.
- Maligne Lake Cruise to Spirit Island (3-hour experience): Embark on a comfortable boat for a 90-minute narrated cruise across sparkling Maligne Lake, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the legendary Valley of the Ten Peaks. Depart Jasper National Park for a return trip along the Icefields Parkway en route to Columbia Icefield, the largest mass of glacial ice in the Rockies. Experience the Columbia Icefield Scenic Ice Explorer ride on Athabasca Glacier, along with time to step out on the glacier. Afterwards, return to the Glacier Discovery Center, where you will have time to explore the exhibits, enjoy lunch with a view, and relax after your glacier experience. This afternoon, continue to Banff National Park for an afternoon discovering the Natural Bridge over Kicking Horse River, Emerald Lake, and a drive around Tunnel Mountain featuring Bow River and Falls.
