Mexico’s beach cities are very gay-friendly. Same-sex marriage is legal and widely recognized throughout Mexico. Hard Rock’s company motto is Love All, Serve All and you will feel the wonderful hospitality the minute you step foot at your resort vacation.

The local currency is the Mexican peso but U.S. dollars are accepted and can be exchanged at the resort, if needed. An ATM is available in the resort lobby.

There are no COVID-19 requirements to enter Mexico. However, in our continued efforts to keep a safe and healthy resort vacation for all guests, at this time, we will require all guests bring proof of a negative COVID-19 antigen test prior to departing home (home tests are ok) and show it at check-in.

If your birthday falls on a date during the trip, or you will celebrate an anniversary or any other special event during the week of your trip that you have not already told your Olivia Travel Consultant about, please let us know as soon as possible, but no less than 90 days prior to the trip.

Passport and Visa
Guests must have in their possession a passport that is valid for six months after their date of arrival in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. A visa is not required for U.S. travelers. All other travelers should check with their local consulate to determine what travel documents are required.

If you have medical, mobility, or dietary requirements that you have not already told your Olivia Travel Consultant about, please let us know as soon as possible, but no less than 90 days prior to the trip.

Travel and arrival
Airports
You will need to fly into and out of Puerto Vallarta Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), which is located approximately 30 minutes from the resort.
Transfers and Meeting Up with Olivia
Your round-trip transfers to and from Puerto Vallarta (PVR) airport are included on October 29, 2022 and November 5, 2022. If you purchase pre or post nights, your transfer will be included according to your flights. We will request your flight information approximately 90 days in advance of the trip to ensure you receive your transfer. Alternatively, you can visit your Olivia Travel Profile and enter your flight information at any time.
Check-In
Official check-in is after 3 pm on October 29, 2022. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage and enjoy the resort until your room is available.
Pre or Post Stays
Pre and post nights are based on availability. Ask your Travel Consultant for more information.

Sisters at Play & Friends program is dedicated to promoting and celebrating diversity on our trips. Meet your Olivia Sisters at Play coordinator so you can find out about the special events we have planned for you during the week. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun.
Smoking Policy
All rooms and public indoor spaces are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.
Solo Travelers
Traveling solo? Be sure to attend the Solos Welcome on the first day. Here you will meet your Olivia Solos Coordinator who will share your Solos program for the week. We plan dozens of activities for our solo travelers, including a special designated Solos excursion. In addition, we organize a special Solos dining area for all meals and reserve a section for the nightly shows.
Spa Services
Enjoy massages, facials and more at the RockSpa. Spa services are an extra cost.

Check-out is 11 am on November 5, 2022.
Transfers to the Airport
Your transfer to the Puerto Vallarta (PVR) airport is included on November 5, 2022. If you purchased Olivia post nights, your transfer will be included according to your flight departure day and time. Departure information will be available at the resort.
This trip is great for guests with limited mobility as all rooms and event spaces are centrally located. There are some steps to get to the main restaurant and ballroom/event areas. However, there are ramps available for wheelchair/scooter users.
