How can I apply?

You can apply online at http://www.olivia.com/creditcard, on a trip, at an event, or by calling 800-438-6262.†

When will I get my card?

If you apply while you’re on an Olivia vacation with us, the applications will be mailed during the business week directly following the trip. Upon approval, you can expect to see the card in the mail about 3-4 weeks after the trip. You can expect a similar response by mailing the application yourself or by submitting it online. If you want to check the status of your application, you can do so online by going to Bank of America’s main website, www.bankofamerica.com. You can then do a search for “application status” in the main search function. The first link from that search should take you to a page where you enter your email address, social security number, and your mother’s maiden name to grant you access to check your application status. You can also call Bank of America at 1.800.242.5722.

How does the companion airfare work?

To qualify for this offer, you must use your new account for any combination of purchase, balance transfer, or cash advance transactions totaling at least $75 that post within 90 days of the account open date. When you spend at least $75, Bank of America will mail you information (don’t throw away anything with a Bank of America or Olivia logo without checking inside first!) from a company called Spirit Incentives who will help you redeem your companion airfare. This is NOT Spirit Air—this is Spirit Incentives, which is a carrier that works with most major airlines and airports to book your airfare for you. You will have a one year expiration on the companion offer.

If you know that you have spent at least $75 on the card and 4-6 weeks have passed but you have not seen the offer from Spirit Incentives, you should call Bank of America and ask them if/when the coupon was mailed to you. You may have tossed it accidentally thinking it was junk mail, or there may have been an issue with the mailing. Either way, be proactive about it and call them to avoid losing your companion airfare offer!

How does Olivia benefit from me participating?

Olivia gets a small sum of money when any new account is opened! We also get a very small residual of all the money our cardholders spend on purchases. Combined, these two factors contribute significantly to Olivia. We can use those funds to continue to offer you premier experiences in lesbian travel and entertainment.

What is the WorldPoints® program, and how do I redeem points for Olivia™ Rewards?

Every $1 you spend on purchases earns you 1 point. Once you begin to accrue points, you can redeem them through the WorldPoints® program. Rewards start at 2,500 points, and include cash, travel with no blackout dates, hotel benefits, car rentals, merchandise, gift certificates and more. Points are valid for 5 years, so make sure you know how long they have been accruing! You will not get points for any balance transfers or cash advances that you make—you will only acquire points for purchases made on the card.

When you log on to check your account details (balances, point values, etc), you should see a link for Olivia-specific point redemptions under the “Rewards” tab of the site. To redeem your points, you will need to call the WorldPoints® program at 1.800.434.8313, choose option 3. You will need your Olivia credit card handy when you call. They will ask for your entire card number.

Who do I call if I have questions about my card or my account?

Olivia will not have access to specific information about your account as part of the privacy policies of Bank of America. If you have specific questions about your account, including point redemptions for Olivia Rewards, you should call Bank of America.
