• What if my traveling partner is going with me, and she is not at the same WOW Award Status?

What if my traveling partner is going with me, and she is not at the same WOW Award Status?

In regard to invitations to dinners, priority spa reservations, embarkation, disembarkation, meet and greets, complimentary room upgrade or upgrade specials, or preferred seating for big-name entertainment, your partner is invited to join you. In regard to special level gifts or credits, only the guest in the specific WOW award status can qualify.

There are several rewards marked with an asterisk. How do I know which of these rewards are available for the trip I am on?

How will I be identified to get early embarkation, priority seating, etc...

No worries. Your name will be checked against a list of VIPS. A special "sticker" will be issued to you on board/at the resort to put on your ship/resort room key card to help identify your Globetrotter status.

I am an Adventurer, and I just got the early announcement of a great trip. I have friends that want to go. Can I call my friends to contact you to book the trip?

If they are an Explorer or higher, they can book on the day(s) of the early announcement. If they are not, we will call them when the announcement is made to the general public so that our WOW VIPS have an opportunity to book the rooms/cabins of their choice. If your traveling partner is not a WOW VIP, you can, however, book her at the same time you book yourself.

How soon will I know about upgrade specials or complimentary upgrades?

These will be determined 1-3 weeks prior to the trip. You will be contacted my email or phone if we are able to accommodate this. Please let us contact you.

What happens if people in high categories cancel last minute? Will you offer upgrades on board?

The same procedures will be followed based on level award and date of bookings. Guests will be contacted on board if last minute complimentary upgrades or special discounts for upgrades are available.

Will I get an invitation to the Alumnae Party?

The date and time of the Alumnae party will be in the Program schedule. You do not need an invitation. Just be there!

My trips numbers are incorrect on my profile. How do I get this corrected?

Not a problem. Just visit My Account, click on My Past Vacations. At the bottom of the page you'll see "Are we missing some of your past trips? Click here to let us know." Click the link and follow the instructions to let us know which trips are missing. Please allow up to 6 weeks for the correction to be implemented.

I just completed my 5th trip! When do I get my new packet?

Congratulations! We will be sending out your new WOW Award Status kit within 8 weeks following the completion of your qualifying trip.

I love the luggage tag, but I would like to get more. How do I do this?

Please contact us at 800.631.6277, option 2 for more information on how to order additional tags at $5 per piece plus shipping.

How do I find out about the trips in advance of the general public?

All WOW levels will receive email notification of specials and new trip offerings before they are announced on a trip, on the website or advertised to the general public. Please make sure that we have your current email address and that you are subscribed to our email newsletters.
