About Olivia

We charter the whole ship or buy out the entire resort so your lesbian clients can have a truly “out” and free experience. Plus, Olivia has a 98% guest satisfaction rate, so you know you are selling a vacation that’s sure to please.
Agency eligibility
Selling Olivia vacations is a privilege available to professional travel agents who meet high customer service standards. In order to serve as an authorized Olivia agent, you must have a valid IATA or CLIA identification.
How to book your clients on an Olivia vacation:
To book your customers on an Olivia vacation, please call (800) 631-6277, option 1.
Please have the following information ready before calling: Complete legal name of each client exactly as it appears on the passport. Client’s address (street address, city, state, zip code and country), telephone number, e-mail address and form of payment. Please note that all reservations require a deposit. Olivia accepts personal checks, agency checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please make sure you have the correct billing address and security code from your client’s credit card. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. Check payments are due within seven days of the reservation date.
At the time of reservation, you will receive an 8 digit reservation number for your client, and you will receive a copy of Olivia’s booking form and Terms & Conditions via e-mail. Please have your client sign the form, and then return it on their behalf within 72 hours. There are three ways to return the form to us. You may scan it and send it as an e-mail attachment (the email address is on the form). Please note that we can only receive attachments of up to 2 MB. Or, you may choose to fax it to (415) 962-5710. We prefer that you either e-mail a scanned copy or fax the form, but if you must send it via the mail, please send it to: 434 Brannan St., San Francisco, CA 94107. Note: We cannot issue travel documents until this form is received. Travel documents will be sent to you approximately four weeks prior to the trip departure date.

Olivia also provides guests with an option to purchase travel insurance directly from Olivia; this is an excellent way for travelers to protect their investment. Olivia's insurance plan even includes coverage for job loss, something excluded in many travel insurance programs. Click here for more information on Olivia’s travel insurance. To ensure maximum coverage, insurance must be purchased within ten days of the original trip purchase; your Olivia Travel Consultant will provide you with the premium amount at the time of booking. Travel insurance sales are commissionable.
Commissions
While others are lowering or eliminating commissions, Olivia is happy to offer you 10% on bookings. We even have additional incentives for those Travel Agents who book a certain number of trips with us in a calendar year.
- 10% for first 15 vacations
- 11% on bookings 16 through 30
- 12% on bookings 31 through 45
- 13% on bookings 46 or more bookings
Commissions are normally paid 2-4 weeks after the departure date of a trip. In the case of guest cancellation, commissions are paid on the net amount that Olivia retains as a cancellation penalty. The number of vacations booked is counted on an individual agent basis and is calculated based on the departure date of the trip. We must have a W9 form on file to pay you a commission. You may scan it and send it as an e-mail attachment (the email address is on the form). Please note that we can only receive attachments of up to 2 MB. Alternately, you can fax this form to (415) 962-5710.
Please note that Olivia does not typically provide airfare options for our guests. When an airfare option is available it is typically a charter flight or special discount offer and, as such, is not eligible for commission.
Olivia sometimes offers pre- and post- stays (“vacation stretchers”) and we will offer you a 5% commission on these sales when booked directly through Olivia. Olivia also offers a 10% commission on travel insurance sales. Some pre- and post- or “host hotels” are booked directly with the hotel; these sales are not commissionable.
Client protection
At Olivia, we care about your success, and so we adhere to the following guidelines:
- Clients you book on an Olivia Vacation will continue to remain your clients on all future bookings.
- Unless we receive notification directly from the client requesting to change agencies, any future reservations booked by that client will be credited to the original booking agent.
- When we accept “rebooking” reservations during our vacations, the client remains your client. You will receive confirmation from our office regarding all reservations booked by your clients.
- We protect and support our agents, and will do everything in our power to ensure your ongoing success.

Terms of Olivia image use
The Olivia Companies, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicenseable and non-assignable right to use and reproduce the provided image(s) solely for the promotion of the Olivia Companies, LLC and their products and services. All images remain the property of the Olivia Companies LLC and are licensed to you solely to advertise Olivia goods and services. In accordance with the Olivia Companies, LLC’s model release, images may not be used to promote, either directly or by association or implication, any other companies, goods or services. If the image(s) are in close proximity to, or may otherwise appear to refer to or promote a company other than, or in addition to, Olivia Companies, LLC, or its goods or services, then it must be noted next to the image(s) that said image(s) pertain only to Olivia. Any questions regarding the acceptable use of images will be decided by the Creative Director at Olivia Companies, LLC.
