I'm from Gaithersburg MD but just moved to NY to be with my partner.  I am still a DMV at heart. :-)  We are in the Larimar building.  We are looking forward to this much needed vacation.

I'm also from Bowie, MD.  I would love to sign up for week 1 of Punta Cana, but I can only do it if I can get the trip at early bird pricing (which is officially over, but I'm hoping someone will be selling a spot).

I'm glad you mentioned it, 1Meek, cos I was thinking the same thing, LOL! I actually lived in Washington, D.C. for 5 years (d.c. and hyattsville) when I went to college, and I don't recall ever hearing DMV referred to, but that was quite a long time ago!  I'm glad I understand now.  Thanks!

When I first moved to the area I had the same question.  LOL!!  Glad you were able to get some clarification.... no question is a dumb question... oh wait yes there are some dumb *** questions people ask.  This was just NOT one of them.

LMAO ok cause I straight up thought about the department of motor vehicles when I first saw it. I was like "don't we all have a dmv somewhere in our city/town?" Ok Pokie-Linus, thank u for clearing that up lol
