It's natural to be a liitle nervous but it's unwarrented in this situation. My first trip with Olivia I wasn't nervous but I didn't try to speak to anyone unless they spoke to me thus my tip is to be open, speak to everyone, don't be afraid no one will be rude.

Drop your worries!  We have loved every single minute of our trips with Olivia.  First, like yourself, there are lovely women all around.  I happen to be married but we always enjoy sharing our fun with the women around us.  You can feel the walls start to fall as everyone figures out they are in such a safe place that they can truly be who they are, right now.  It is actually pretty amazing to feel this happening.  One gets the sense that they are surrounded by friends they just don't know yet. 

Truly, I cannot image going on a straight cruise again ever, even with all the bargains out there.  Number one:  NO KIDS.  I love kids but I don't want to vacation with them.  This is a huge boon to the entire atmosphere of life on board. 

And this particular cruise is going to be extra special due to the incredible musicians we will enjoy.  Olivia has moved more towards comedy in the past few years and I for one enjoy the musical entertainment more and have missed the "old days" where the cruises and resorts had more musical entertainment.  For me, this is going to be truly extraordinary.

I hope you will settle in and enjoy the anticipation of this great trip.  And the anticipation is Free of Charge.

If it makes you feel any better....I'm in the same boat (pun intended).  My first cruise, an Olivia virgin, traveling solo and single.  I figure the nerves will be gone soon after boarding :)  but then again, I love the first seat on the rollercoaster too!
