Thanks for all the help guys! Thought it would be fun to update our friends and family as it is a surprise for my wife !! :) I am sooooo excited its hard to wait!!!  There are Starbucks shops in Alaska??? Wicked!!! Thanks again,

If you have a wifi enabled device, when you try to go to a webpage - it will put you at the Holland America site where you can purchase a minutes package for internet while on board. Just don't forget to LOG-OFF when you are done! b/c if you don't, you will use up the rest of your package AND be charged for additional time until you remember to go log out... I don't remember the price for the packages, but they do have it! Save minutes by typing all emails or message before you log on - then just copy and paste them into your email or status update etc. Also arrange all your pctures if you are trying to upload pics to a social media site so they are easier to find and quicker so you don't waste minutes searching for them.

And like other people have said, there are quite a few locations for free wifi at every port we go to...

internet is pricy on the ship however there are free wifi spots in ports just need to google the areas visiting and you can see where they are...Starbucks in free...

there is a area set aside for internet usage while on the ship, it is like anything else probably charged to your account. I looked it up earlier but forget how much it was.  Or, you can wait till you are in port and try one of the starbucks etc.
