Just wanted to give everyone one more reminder about getting your door decorations ready. Soraya & I will be having a contest for the best doors on the ship. We will be giving a prize for 1st place. 2nd & 3rd places will get ribbons for their efforts. We've mentioned before the things that can be used on your door such as pictures, posters, flags, stickers or any thing that says something about YOU! Bring your tacky putty to hold everything up and also remember to bring a small erase board or post it notes for visitors to leave messages when you're not there. Looking forward to seeing some very creative doors.

OK, so let me reveal my utter lack of creativity. We'll be a bare door too!
What sorts of things do people decorate their doors with? I can't even imagine... I guess that I know people do it, but I've honestly never paid attention.
Jo, I have not been on a ship with "outside cabins" either... But according to the deck plans - all the staterooms (even those on lower promenade) have doors that open on interior hallways... But I do think that Those rooms also have exterior doors that open directly onto Lower Prom... But I am just guessing based on the deck plans!

We use some stuff called Blu-Tack. It's reusable and works great!
never been on a ship that had "outside cabins"...does this mean the doors really do open up on deck? so we cant decorate those right? they would just blow off...?
