Hahaha...you are so right Marcia it is relative. I live in Vancouver,yesterday I had my fireplace on as I was so cold yet when I visited my friend just a block away she had shorts on. After 40 years of living in Canada I'm still not used to the cold, just an Aussie at heart.

The sky is very blue,the mountains and harbour look stunning.  Perfect, don't forget your camera's AND shorts.

Of course it will be warm enough for shorts! I actually had to laugh at some of the pictures ladies on the Denali extender have posted - they are bundled up in coats and scarves... And one of the said it's about 55 - 60 degrees out (F). I guess it's all relative to the weather we are used to! I am sooo looking forward to the weather we will have on this trip! Perfect weather! That's how I see it anyway! 

Just to clarify, I actually wear capris or slacks all year round - I think I can count on one hand the number of times I wear shorts any given year... LOL But I live in Buffalo NY - and with the lake effect cold and snow that we get, many people around here DO wear shorts well into December. I think they are crazy - but I would not be surprised to see people in shorts on this cruise! I know lots of people who believe that if it is above 40, then shorts and T's are appropriate! LOL 

Funny side note - it is 72 degrees out right now, and my boss just came inside and said "wow, it's hot out there!"... Again, it's all relative to what we are used to! LOL

They will have rackets to play with,and balls, so all you'll need are shoes to run in. I don't think it will be warm enough for shorts.

I had no idea there were courts onboard, mini or otherwise. I'm also an intermediate level, I'd love to hit with you. Now I'll need to re-think a second suitcase and pack my tennis bag instead.

I didn't think I could be more excited, but the thought of hitting a tennis ball onboard just unleashed a 'happy dance'. See y'all soon.
