Hmmm...being the chocoholic that I am, I just may have to give this recipe a go...maybe before the Alaska cruise if time permits! Thanks for sharing it, Sleddog! My only concern is...the recipe doesn't mention what kind of flour to use...unbleached, all purpose, white enriched...the list goes on! Also, I've not heard of "Barry Callebaut white chocolate chips"...will Ghiradelli choc. chips work as well? If you DO talk the kitchen into making some, I'd like to be included in the taste tests!!!
