Thats a very intresting point Marcia, Angela's  always  interested in reading all the posts, but never posts herself  on here and only very occasionally on f/b . Keeping her mystery while I disclose all.! How ever once on the cruise she tells all , as any one who was on the Sun Cruise and saw the newly wed / oldy wed game can testify too !! How ever come to think about it , that was all about me too   LOL

Oh wait! I think I just figured out why people like our S.O.'s better... It's b/c you and I are on here (and Facebook), so our S.O.'s have all the mystery and intrigue b/c everyone gets to know us on here and have to wonder about our spouses... I think they do it to us on purpose! Damn them!

I think you and I are in the same boat - everyone seems to have secret love affairs with our significant others... I know she has more friends than I do! People just like her better! LOL Can't say I blame them - I like her better also...

Oh come on! It'll be fun! You can borrow my dress... I bet you would look hawt in it!

Abbi doesn't know it yet, but I do plan on making her wear my outfit for long enough to go get some pics taken and then we will switch back... Bahaha! I can't WAIT!!!

The sad thing is that I really do have a flapper dress! It's not a tassel version - but it is a layer dress that is the cut and style of the 20's. It is one of the few actual dresses that I own! LOL So I bought a few little extras from a costume store online to finish my flapper outfit - and I am totally stoked to wear it and have Abbi dress in her mob outfit so she can escort me around the boat that night... LOL It's a huge change from my usual attire! I usually only wear polo shirt and capris... 

I am looking forward to seeing Jana in a flapper dress! If you don't have one Jana, you can borrow mine for an hour... ;-)

There are two sittings for dinner and two times for the entertainment.  Early dinner/later entertainment or early entertainment/later dinner and then the theme party is after the late entertainment.  So it's a "it depends" and however you feel or want to wear the costume.   H&G

i agree it's a bit strange for us to have a roaring twenties night...but some who are more comfortable in masculine clothes will have other options than a flapper dress. I actually have a dress or two myself that might work tho Wink The black and white ball will be a cinch as well...i think all my evening dresses are black and white!

a nice pair of "dressy" jeans is fine...in fact you'll find some wearing regular jeans to dinner

One of my favorite things about Olivia cruises is dressing up for theme nights.  If you go to costume warehouse online, you can find cheap costumes for almost any theme you can imagine.  It's a lot of fun! ; )  Oh and....I think a lot of women will be wearing nice jeans or casual type pants to dinner.  See you in Alaska!
