The restaurant opens for brekkers around 6.30 cereals only till 7am but you can grab the coffee then, fill up the thermos or travel mug. I like to sit on the deck with mine...lol

Yep, we have our thermos cups on our packing list, that and our individual Britta travel water jugs.

no coffee makers due to safety issues however we  took our french press....this time bringing simply our large thermos cups and our Starbucks VIA...

I don't really think so.  Don't know for certain, but there have never  been any in our cabins on HAL ships  before.You can get room service though to deliver those first cups of coffee bright and early while you are waking up.  So good to sip a hot cup on the balcony preparing for the day :)

Hello everyone. We are happy to be joining you for the Alaska cruise. I have seen many recent posts about what kind of drinks can be brought on board- but nothing about that all important beverage -coffee. Does anyone know if there are coffee makers in the rooms?
