I'm wondering if anyone out there has any tips for keeping up your energy on this trip. I want to take in as much as I can, but I know myself, and in my normal routine, I'm in bed by 9:30 or 10:00 every night. I don't want to miss out on the entertainment, excursions, meals, etc..... But I don't want to sleep until noon every day either. I've heard Viatmin B12 can be a great energy booster?
