I have friends who booked their own flight and they are on the same one we will be on through Olivia.  So we'll all be getting there the same way at the same time (if leaving 9/21).  Now those with business & first class will be a tad more comfortable, but otherwise we're all in the same boat (uh, plane).....

I agree with Ginger "not to worry". Olivia always comes through when they organise anything........

The arrangements have been made and Olivia does have a block of seats reserved and paid for.

When inquiring about flight info I also found out that seat assignments can not be made until you check in at the airport.

Found out the info from a little birdie, different source than Olivia.. My little birdie is more often right then wrong..

Hope this helps and reassures you that we are booked on the flights we paid for..

That's what they said 2 weeks ago & on Monday.  Haven't gotten it yet.  In my opinion, the delay is because the arrangements have not been made for some reason.  Two weeks ago they said one had to call Air Tahiti to get seat assignments after we got the flight #.  A few days ago they said seats had been assigned & one had to request any changes at the gate.  Good luck on that!  I also understand from those who have flown ATN that boarding is a mess & it is a most uncomfortable flight regardless of the class.  Oh, well, I hope for the best but don't think I'll let anyone else ever make my flight arrangements again.

I just called Olivia. Now, that info will not be emailed until beginning of next week.

We reserved tickets through Olivia for Tahiti Air but are getting very anxious about not receiving any confirmation from Tahiti Air.  Olivia keeps promising they are on the way but what is going on?  Anyone else worrying?  I believe these flights are sold out now & I am concerned.  I wish I had made my own reservation months ago & gotten the seats that I wanted at the time I wanted.  Any thoughts?
