Last year Moscow had record highs in June and July. Miserably hot with little or no air conditioning anywhere. I didn't reply to the first post because I don't think it's very predictable at this time. I plan on capris/jeans on bottom and on top, start with a tank and layer up. Be aware that the cathedrals and some museums may require that knees and shoulders be covered. I'll adjust my packing right before I go based on weather.com's extended forecasts.
