We just reserved on line too.  Julie & Deb Room 2048.  confirmed 6pm, meet in lobby 5pm.  They said they have more room......anyone else

We also signed up for the Eco snorkel / dive on Thursday (projected as most sunny day :).....again on-line, you get discount.

There are just parts of the Olivia trip that I will not miss.......good evening ladies of Olivia...........toes in the water *** in the sand, lol. We cannot wait......

Ditto Peggy. We want to wait until Olivia has confirmed their nightly entertainment schedule. Right now they have Oldy/Newlywed game on Tuesday &, I believe Jeri said Karen Williams on Wednesday...although, that's subject to change. We don't want to miss either one .We also want to make sure that we we get to excursion as much as possible with the ladies of Olivia, which is why we paid the $$$'s for this trip.

Just a few days now!

MJean and Michelle - we are going to wait and decide when we get there as well.  Maybe we can meet up???

Ladies, Michelle & I will book this excursion when we get there...  So if you have not booked ahead of time - let us know - maybe we can go together...  We are really about just meeting people, seeing those that we have met before and just having fun...  The resort is great and if we never leave it - that will be fine - because there is so much to do just being there!!!  See everyone soon...

It sounds like there are basically just two "Rhythms of the Night" excursions that have groups of Olivia women signed up, and if you are signed up for something other than these two (as we were but now are not), you may wish to change your reservation (as we did).  We believe the two groups are:

1)  Tues 6:00 pm, booked through Vallarta Adventures with the notation "Inde's Group".

2)  Weds 7:00 pm, booked through Tukari as an "Olivia" tour.

We (Jeri & Joan) originally booked ourselves online through Tukari for Tues at 6:00 (and said we were with Inde's Group), but then found out that by booking through Tukari, we were not booked with Inde's Group on Tues, but were basically on a Tues 6pm trip by ourselves (where maybe nobody else from Olivia was booked).  So we cleared this up with Inde and Vallarta Adventures and Tukari, just a couple days ago, and we were able to change our reservation as follows:

1.  First we booked online with Vallarta Adventures for Tues 6:00 with "Inde's Group", and Vallarta Adventures sent us a confirmation email.  The confirmation email said Tues 6:30, so we called them, and they said not to worry, they are having trouble with their website, it has been changed to 6:00, it is really 6:00 even if it says 6:30.  And we got a 15% discount on our ticket price!

2.  Then we emailed Tukari, and asked them to cancel our booking with Tukari for Tues 6:00, giving them our invoice # and ID info from the confirmation email we had previously received from Tukari.  Tukari then cancelled our booking and credited our credit card via an email exchange that followed.  (They did not charge us the 10% cancellation fee, but even if they had, it would have been a better deal, due to the 15% discount we got by booking through Vallarta Adventures).

If you are signed up through Tukari for Tues 6:00 pm, and they are emailing you that they don't have other Olivia folks signed up, you may wish to switch to Inde's Group through Vallarta Adventures (as we did) ~ or you may wish to switch to Weds at 7:00 as Tukari is suggesting in their email to you.  Either way, you would get yourselves booked with a group of Olivia women!
