I only wish the cruise was a 10-day cruise versus 7. I will extend in Rome and Barcelona and I'll start doing my homework now.  But one of my favorite events as a spectator is the French Open.  I decided to research it and I'd love to attend the early rounds. I extended my cruise in Greece cruise by staying in Venice 5 days.  You don't have to depend on Olivia for the extensions, in fact they tend to be too pricey for my budget.  However, be bold and research on the web.  I also purchased tours independent of Olivia to be more flexible.  Olivia offers great tours too.  However, you will find fantastic deals and you can purchase directly.  I am single and didn't encounter one problem nor did I ever feel unsafe.  You just take the usual precautions that you would take at home.  DK publishing is an excellent source for knowing key sites to visit.  I like their book layouts and pictures, seems more user friendly.

I was hoping Olivia would offer a large European cruise 1200+ ladies so that the likelyhood of more singles would be a true case, but I'm not sure that's going to happen.
