I have had a couple of clients from out of town ask me about investing in real estate in this current scarry climate.... I have read a couple of articles and talk to agents and mortgage brokers around the country and a lot of research is needed to make a wise decision. Obviously using a experienced real estate agent to guide you is more important than ever to represent your best interests and assist you in getting all the information needed to make your personal investment decisions.
