Hello! I am here, and the city is wonderful as always! Prepare yourself with rain gear and some fleece - you will need it!

I ran into a tour guide who remembered us from 2 years ago, and was thrilled we were coming back. For those who were on this trip 2 years ago, she also knows were our past ship Cruise Director, FRANCES is these days! We are hoping to be able to meet up with her at some point during the trip, as she is on another ship doing the same itinerary (and works for a different cruiseline).

Tonight is our dinner for the early arrivals.

Caution for those taking a taxi from the aiport - ask for a set price (between 40-50 Euros) or make sure the ride is metered. Or take advantage of the bus Connexxion that takes you to hotels downtown for only 14 Euros per person (up from 11 Euros from website info). Nice little tour of Amsterdam while getting to your hotel.
