We haven't even started yet.....just so busy with everything.  I guess maybe we should start...maybe this weekend.

The same thing happened to us... the other night, we just signed in to that account...and voila!!  They were on there...and we also loaded our own pics on.  We have been "constructing" it ever since then...it's slow...but fun.

I received mine.  I didn't get a notice though....I was playing one day last week  with my book and got them.  I think I went into view and found them.  I did not get any emails stating that they were there.  Good luck and keep trying.

I received the same acknowledgement email and waited for them to upload their pictures. After waiting two weeks I emailed them and I received the “we are working on it” reply.  I am still waiting.  They are using outdated software and I am very disappointed in what I have been working with. Has anyone had them upload the “pro-pics” pictures?

Hey chapzzNtapzz...

 I just wrote to the site, and asked them what I was supposed to do to make our books (we...embarrassingly...bought enough for THREE books...yikes..hee hee)  They wrote me back, and said that our pictures have not yet been downloaded, and that they would send me an additional email with instructions on how to load and create our books.  We got the original one that they sent from Panraven too...but the next one will be the one to "make" the books.

We bought enough pictures to qualify for the photo book and we were suppose to receive an e-mail regarding adding our pictures and words to it and we haven't received any as of yet. Has anyone out there who bought the book also been contacted and if so can you shoot me a message with  the e-mail address so I can contact them. And if you haven't heard anything can you respond to the topic so I feel better too. Thanks....Tapzz(Tracey)
