I do not...but congrats on the move!!!!! and you can typically google gay realtors and then the city or gay and lesbian chamber of commerce and the city and they always have realtors as members if they have a gay and lesbian chamber of commerce in the city. Since it's a large city I would bet that seach would work.
Having said that, as someone in the mortgage industry that works with realtors daily, you want a heavy hitter who knows how to negotiate for you so once you get your Realtors you are interested in, look at their years of experience and any awards they may have and dont be afraid to interview them...I used to sell high end homes for a builder and I was amazed at the things a ballsy realtor could get thrown in or done when those who weren't, would just stand there and let their clients sign the contract
You may already know all that, but just in case you hadn't thought it...it's always good to have help from friends who are thinkin of your best interest!!
It was funny when Alex and I bought this house they had different architects who designed lot specific homes for this neighborhood and they kept suggesting we go with this architect that did great roommate plans. We would just smile and continue talking about what we wanted in the house...finally when we said "it doesnt' matter what the secondary bedrooms are like...they are just going to be an art studio and a workout room. We just want our bedroom to be livable." it was so funny to watch the lightbulb go off. Why is it I love being sly like that?" We let her go on and on for awhile about roommate plans and just giggled at her assumptions. Our neighborhood has lots of gay people but it was her first day showing the properties. We broke her in to never assume again! (and wound up befriending her!)
Are you guys on facebook yet? you can often find gay and lesbian organization in certain cities on there as well in the "groups" section...then they could not only help you find answers, but new friends too.
