Kathi - sit next to us next time!  We've won a few and in Ixtapa - our friends won!!!

First Michele won the Halloween cruise 2 fer … and at another give-away, her GF Evelyn won a 2 fer to Puerto Vallarta.  We’ll be happy to rub some off on you!!!

I’ll tell you a funny story about someone that was at the table next to us.  We we’re at the alumni party talking with some friends & the woman next to us kept telling us to shut up as she couldn’t hear what Judy was saying.  Well Azar won the 2 fer (the last one of the cruise) and declined ‘cause we were already booked on that trip.  So, she turned to that women and said … now you can win.  Well, her number was called next.  Her response was … maybe I should just shut my own mouth!

So, ya never know!

That’s Judy’s way to get you to come to the talks - 2 fers!  Besides I always enjoy the company of those around & sometimes I hear/learn something new.

Valerie, next time sit next to us – both Michele (at one 2 fer) won a trip on the Halloween cruise, and her GF Vivian won a 2 fer to Vallarta Palace at another talk in Ixtapa.  We’ve won in the past also!

Nikki, you and the Bunnmiester are doing a great job on your part too!

Yep, thats what I heard too in Ixtapa.  The special discounts will be offered when one is actually on the trip, and actually as alot of you know, quite a few women have benefited from that.  I am hoping I win sometime soon, hehehe.  I have to reserve a trip for that to happen, 2010 cruise looks like a good time to get out of dodge!!!  It is mighty cold in nj at that time of year!

I believe if I heard correctly at our last resort trip (Ixtapa in January) That 2 for 1 drawings and special discounts would be offered to guest on board and at resorts.  Just not to the general public through emails.  It’s the only way for Olivia to survive as a company.

We’ve won at resorts and on cruises – so go & you just may be that lucky one!

We also enjoyed the free cruise, but upgraded so we paid a good amount in the end.  But according to Olivia there will be no more 2 for 1's or such, which for us at this time will keep us from traveling with them for a while.  While I understand the statement...keep supporting Olivia so they can make it through these tough economic times and be around for a long time to come, it kinda works both ways, times are tough for many folks and since we do pay a little bit higher cost to enjoy being with family, for us since we felt olivia gave so much to make it possible for many of us to go I felt compelled to stretch my budget a tad and upgrade.  Im sorry they have to discontinue those perks, but I guess we all do what we have to.

They would be nuts indeed! My partner and I took advantage of the free cruise, and we are so glad we did! Had a blast.

just sayin what the sign said...also someone had an issue in their room and were unable to switch to another one because they were "full"...they had to do some maintenance inconveniently because of it. For that reason, it seems like maybe it really was full....if it wasn't, it sure was close. Everything was packed.

If they are like every other cruise, they gave away open rooms at the last minute if people paid the taxes and gratuities. They would be crazy not to. who knows...if people dont want a free cruise, they are nuts! ha

I checked to see if rooms were available the day of the cruise and was told that there were still rooms available.

it was completely booked up, all rooms.

They always give away any rooms that aren't filled because those winners pay the port taxes and gratuities which Olivia would have to pay anyway

However, it sounds as though they will be doing less cruises in the future so they book up more on their own with less discounts and 2 for 1s as well.

But there was a sign at the front desk saying that they were booked solid and there are no extra rooms available.

I wasn't able to go on the cruise but I have a question. How full was the boat?
