I just wanted to thank you for your quick actions on our passport request for our upcoming charter flights. I have to say, I've never seen anything like it. We went from having almost no passports to having all but 32 in less than 24 hours. You are an amazing group!!
I also want to thank you for your patience as we worked through your calls and emails. Many of you had to wait way too long to hear back from us and your understanding made all the difference in the world on this crunch time project.
I spoke to our representative at Club Med today and let her know we were on target for Monday delivery of this data. Today they started getting the resort ready for our arrival. They are always happy to welcome back the women of Olivia ... of course we are there favorites! :)
Note of caution - if you visit your profile, you'll see that we have entered your charter flight information. Please do not overwrite this information with your flights to FLL or MIA. The only flight the resort needs, is the one arriving San Salvador Island so they can coordinate your transfers to and from the airport.
