Notice to all:  All flight carriers now require this information.

  Go to your airplane carriers web page and create a security profile, believe this should be done 72 hours now before your booked flight, domestic or international.  Also call your carrier with any questions.

Actually the e-mail last night said that Olivia realized that they need passport info for ALL of the charters, both Miami and Fort Lauderdale.  Originially, it was just for the Miami folks.  So this was a late change.

It is a good idea, whether you are leaving from Miami or not to enter the passport information into your profile.  That way Olivia will have it just in case, and that part of the site is supposed to be secure (you could check with Olivia to be sure of that ...)  It is also a handy reference, when you don't have your passport !!!!

My info said "only for those taking the flight out of Miami" ,,,,,,now I'm confused ,,,,,,,,,,,so I'll just go with the flow

Got an email tonight- everyone has to give Olivia your passport info regardless of which charter you take- FLL or Miami and has to be in by Oct. 11th.

Thought I would pass that on in case someone did not get it.

We got the notice, but it is on our profile- travel info- so hope it is just a blanket notice to all.

God- it is so soon now!
