OK, so I can tell there are more than a few out there who have mastered all things technical. Olivia has its facebook set up so that only friends can "like", "comment", etc. on its posts, and the number of friends is limited to 5,000. I know from other public sites that instead of friends, they have maybe 250,000 people who "like" them, and when they post something, all these people can add comments. The gal at Olivia who handles this is Wen. She claims that she checked the settings and does not know why you must be an accepted friend to comment. They are maxed out at the 5,000 and can only accept friends when someone "drops out." Who can help Wen???
