On our past trip we looked at proof sheets and ordered our pics that way. He just had you sit at his computer while he flew through the photos, I have no idea what the numbers are or what pictures he has. We also had the opportunity to order on-line the last time, they even sent an e-mail letting us know when we could order till. Sue

The photographer's name is Hansel.  I know the resort has his phone number.  I wonder if you contact them if he can email what you are missing.  Just a thought.

Our pictures turned out good - but we are missing tons of them that he said were supposed to be on there?????

Any one have problems with the pictures they bought from the photographer from club Med??? Our disc is totally wrong. we have duplicate of one photo, a photo we never ordered, and are missing one photo we did order???? We are seriously disappointed with the pics/disc.
