I just launched Myrina Press and have been sending out press releases.  Artgirl is in on the travel stories section with us.  Here is part of the release.  Please check out the website, submit a story or two and pass along the info to your friends.

Are you interested in true stories written by women for women?

If you're a lesbian, bisexual woman or transgender female, Myrina Press wants to include your creative, original nonfiction stories in two anthologies of women’s journeys.

Myrina Press realizes that we all have some wonderful stories to tell.  The desire is to fill the pages with original text from people to inform, inspire, make you think and ultimately embrace this journey called life.

For the travel enthusiasts: Did you meet an attractive stranger on the train, make new friends during a memorable beach holiday, cruise the Caribbean with your partner, or learn something interesting about a new culture?  We want to hear it all from the women who love and celebrate the art of travel.

For the pregnant and non-carrying mothers: Nothing is as miraculous as giving birth to or witnessing the birth of your baby.  This touching anthology will be filled with birth and newborn homecoming memoirs as well as tales about the various experiences, emotions, and concerns involved in adding a new baby to one's life and family.

There are no forbidden topics, but Myrina Press will not accept anything that has been previously published.  However, the travel or pregnancy stories you posted on your personal blog are most welcome.
