I hear ya' on getting out of New England in January.  We've been on 2 Olivia trips in January.  We left the house in a blizzard for the 1st one and found all flights cancelled when we got to Boston.  We waited to see what happened .... the blizzard did let up a bit and they did release our flight - - AND ONLY OUR FLIGHT as the blizzard picked back up just after our departure and the airport was closed for 24hrs.  We booked the flight for the 2nd trip for the day before we actually needed to be on the ship and good thing.  The weather was fine when we left...but the blizzard arrived that night and, again, closed the airport. 

Sooo...we've booked this year's flight to Houston on the 22nd...then on to Ixtapa on the 23rd.  If Boston gets shut down ... we've still got a day to get there.  Of course, the good news is that this is a land-based adventure.  The resort won't/can't leave without us if the NE weather doesn't cooperate!!

Alright~~~it's a RAPP............!  We've booked our airfare and will be arriving on the 22nd!  All we have to do now is PACK!  Dinner on the 22nd sounds nice.  I'm pretty sure we'll arrive @check-in time.

Is anybody signed up (or is it possible to sign-up ahead of time) for any excursions?  Perhaps I'll make a visit to the Club Med website to see what info they have there.

We Arrive on the 20th and move to the club med on 22nd too, see you all there. we'll have to have a ladies table at dinner on the 22nd (amongst all the straight folk!!) and Olivia staff

You call Olivia and book through them.  They try to give you the room you will stay in for the week as well!  I think it's $159/pp.
