One more thing Denise...expect to travel lightly. Olivia cruises are very informal, on these smaller ships they normally have just one "formal" evening where girls wear anything from dress pants & top to long gowns & tuxedos.

On larger ships they also have a theme night such as a "White Party" or "Mad Hatter" party. On a ship of 300 they might have one, I'm not sure.

You'll spend most of your time in T's & shorts or bathing suits. Generally no shorts at dinner though.

Expect a wonderful feeling of being free to be yourself along with 300 other women. It's been called empowering by many. Actually it's quite a shock when you leave the ship at the end of the week & rediscover that there are straights around because aboard ship we are in our own great world !

Expect to enjoy the great entertainers that Olivia always provides & the many activities that they organize for us, all geared to our lifestyle. Or, if you so desire you can just relax by the pool ! Feel Free is what it's all about!

Expect Olivia to take care of every detail during the week as their on-board customer service is great.

The Windstar ships are terrific. Good service, good food, cabins very comfortable. The itinerary takes us to some of the best islands in the Caribbean.

Above all, expect to want to book your next Olivia trip after your first day at sea. Many of us never want to travel any other way.

So glad you posted, as you see it's been quiet on here. We just booked our flight to Barbados yesterday so yes, we are excited too.

This will be our 9th trip with Olivia. We also plan to make Columbus Isle our 10th. See....it is addictive!

We are from South West Ontario. Not far from the Michigan border town of Port Huron. Not far from Detroit either, that's where we normally fly from when we take trips.

Must away & start packing. We are leaving early next week for Europe & the Danube cruise. That trip is to celebrate our 40th Anniversary.

Enough about "we" !!
