Hey All, Nathalie here from Colorado.  I have been a Lady Vols Pat Head Summitt fan since the late 70s before the women were in the NCAA.  I remember watching Tennessee play at 7am West Coast Time (I was living in Seattle at the time) when they actually started televising the games.  It is so nice to see the amount of games that are televised now.  Thank god for DVRs. I've read Pat's books and if you don't have them you should add them to your library.  She is quite a remarkable woman.  I'm in Human Resources and I'm hoping to go see her speak this year at a Human Resources meeting in Nashville.  That would be awesome for me to meet her.

We are very afraid that Candace will choose to go pro, but we'd love to see her play for the Vols one more year.  What do you mean by number 8?  The Vols will surely land higher than that, won't they?

Hi! Tonie and I (Kate) are from Spokane, Angie Bjorkland's hometown. Her sister, Jamie, plays for Gonzaga, and we have season tickets to those games. We (and especially Tonie) follow both Gonzaga and Tennessee Vols closely, as well as other women's BB teams.  We have tickets to the Regionals that are in Spokane - second round, and we have tickets to the NCAA final four in Tampa in April.  We hope to see the Lady Vols there.  We don't expect Gonzaga to show up there ---- yet.

We look forward to discussing this season with you and any other members who join.
