The response so far has been phenomenal! Thanks to all who have already made your reservation for this riverboat cruise with us. If you have any friends still interested, let them know that at this rate, we will be sold out by the end of July 2009, or maybe even earlier! Really, the response around this itinerary and this ship has been wonderful. We hope many of you teachers out there that have been requesting a summer trip will be able to do this with us!
We are busy planning your pre trip in Nice, France for one night at a hotel with a great location to the Promenade and the famed Flower Market and Old town which will include breakfast and a walking tour of Old Town and the Flower Market area. We are also offering a post 2 night vacation package in Paris at the end of the trip that will include breakfast on both mornings and a morning City Bus Tour that goes by most of the sites (Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, East and West Bank, the Louvre, Notre Dame) and gives you a good feel for the city. You will have some free time to visit any of these sites in more depth on your own either the afternoon we arrive in Paris, or the following afternoon after the City Tour. We can assist you with the best public transportation routing to these sites. And last year we did an optional dinner/show as a group at the Moulin Rouge or the Lido which was a BIG hit! Our contact got us wonderful seats in the front of the venue. We will make this available to purchase when on the ship before arriving to Paris for those who would like to attend.
This is truly a lovely trip and a great way to see this part of France. And with the pre and post options that will be available soon, it really rounds out the total experience. Let us do all the work for you so all you have to do is show up and enjoy! We hope you can join us!
