So I guess that means that those of us who booked prior to Nov. 7th will get $35 back?  Cool beans! Party!!!

Carnival and five sister cruise lines -- Princess, Holland America, Cunard, Seabourn and Costa --have agreed to give back all the fuel surcharge money they collected for bookings made before Nov. 7, the date the company announced plans for a surcharge.
