Weather here in Houston is the same way. In the sumertime, we usually get a brief shower in the afternoon, which is enough to cool things down and also help beat back some of the mosquitos. I'm thinking the weather in Cancun will be similar to what we are already seeing in Houston.

In the summer , our forecast in Florida is alwasy scattered showers.  The humidity heats everything up, you may get a thunderstorm for an hour and then it is nice again...so just a typical tropical summer forecast.

Actually, scattered showers can be a good thing! Cools things off just a bit, and takes off some of the tropical sun's uncomfortable glare. There were scattered showers the last two times that I was in Cancun, and they did make things more comfortable. Just don't forget to wear sunscreen rain or shine!

 No matter what....we're sure to have great company and a good time.

I just check weather.com....says is will be 87 degrees during day but it is stating scattered showers on Sat/Sun...................
