If you look a little closer at the Olivia Communities - it's more of a resort-style community than a retirement community.  So, now while you're waiting to retire you can look at it as a second home in a Lesbian resort-stle community!!!

Thank you!  We will continue to watch for new trips to be added.  65 of us are going to Turks and Caicos, including many first time Olivia travelers.  Hopefully they will enjoy their vacation as much as we have, and will choose to book again.  We wish we could join you on the early 2009 trips, but cannot due to our work schedules. 

The retirement community sounds wonderful, but that's too far off for us to look at now.  Enjoy Prague!  See you in Turks?

Stay tuned!  The economy has caused a slow down of the bookings for the remainder of 08 and our trips in 09. To be fiscally responsible, we have been focusing on filling the trips we currently have on the books before offering more trips during a time when people seem to be watching their pennies and booking less vacations. This is not just us, it's most of the travel industry. Unfortunately, we did not have the bookings needed for Rome to Barcelona to move forward with that trip. Again, the economy really has slowed things down for us. That is the only trip we had to remove from our 2009 line-up.

If you can help us by continuing to spread the word to your friends and helping us fill the current trips, we can move forward with offering you more and more vacations. Thanks for joining us in Turks - that will be a great trip!

The promotion and administration of our Resort Community is being handled outside of our immediate office so we caan focus on delivering you the best vacations. However, that said, it's a wonderful dream come true that we are very excited about!

So, stay tuned. As we fill our current trips, we can continue to offer more exciting vacations.

We have planned all of our Olivia vacations at least a year in advance, as we look at the Olivia home page there are no vacations planned for the second half of 2009.  Our work schedules only allow us to travel between July and December, at this point there are no options for us to consider. Rather confusing since July, 2009 is less than a year off.  Our upcoming Turks and Caicos trip was booked (and paid for) 15 months in advance. We're also pretty sure that some trips that were listed for 2009 are no longer there.  Are our Olivia friends totally focused on the new retirement community?  Is the current economy causing too many open rooms on the late 2008 and early 2009 trips?  We are hoping that the company isn't in any trouble.  Looking forward to seeing the rest of the 2009 Olivia schedule.
