Thank you for the video. I received it within 3 days of emailing you. I thought the video was very well done and hit a lot of the highlights of the cruise.

Same here.  Because of Janice's schooling and starting the new schedule, we won't be able to take any time off till late in '09.  and she has to request the time off a year in advance!  If they don't announce the schedule soon, we will have to make other plans.  BOO HOO!

You know, I noticed that they had only posted trips for half the year, as well. I was wondering what they would offer for the second half of the year because I finally talked Janet into two trips a year, but I'd like to know our options.

Gator--I hope you are able to resolve that matter.

Yes, I noticed too. However, recently they sent out a questionnaire for feedback/suggestions on where we all would like to go in 2009.

Maybe they have so many trips  between now & May 2009 that they are a wee bit behind in their planning role beyond that date???

I would definitely keep trying.  I show my DVD's to any one who will sit long enough!  Try calling directly and stay at them.  I have noticed that emails don't get answered as quickly as they used to but it would be hard for them to ignore a phone call.

as an aside, has anyone else noticed that they have only booked trips thru half of 2009?  I keep waiting for them to add trips for the second half of the year but nothing yet.  Anyone have any thoughts on that?

Honestly, I love the dvd's. I would keep going up the chain of command until I got to the person who would send me a dvd.

Hi,

I am looking for opinions on what others would do. Last October I went on the Mexican Riviera cruise and never received the DVD of the trip. After contacting Olivia twice about not receiving it and being promised I would get my copy I still have not received it. If you were me would you keep bothering them about it or just give up?
