Anyone interested in talking over my payments for two for the Ultimate Escape Greek Isles & Turkish Coast Cruise? Unfortunately, my circumstances have changed and I can't go. I've already paid $4,500 toward the trip, and have until 30 July to cancel. If I cancel I lose the entire $4,500. If you know someone who might be interested, I can sell our reservation for $2,000 (we've paid $4,500 so far). I've discussed the situation with Olivia Travel, and they are happy to change over the names on the reservation.
The cruise will be truly amazing!! It starts in Istanbul, ends in Athens, and hits all the most interesting and beautiful vacation spots in between, such as Rhodes and Santorini. We have a Deluxe Ocean View with Veranda room for two. Total retail $6,596, but $4,500 is already paid off. The ship and meals are absolutely five-star. You must check it out on the Olivia site for detailed description and pics. The room itself is exceptional--you'll have your own private ocean veranda to enjoy for included room service breakfasts or a quiet drink and "private time" directly on the water...very romantic, with tons of amenities!
I wish I could go--but I'd certainly rather take a loss and know someone gets to enjoy it, than write the entire thing off. If you can't go, please mention this to any travel buffs or people you know who might be looking forward to taking a REALLY SPECIAL trip--this is the kind of once in a lifetime travel experience that would be appropriate and lovely for a honeymoon, BIG birthday, or some other very special celebration!
