The only thing I can speak to is that the Olivia Community in Tucson is not a go. They are looking at an area in Palm Springs I think.

My partner and I are considering a move to the Tucson/Green Valley area in the next few years and would love some information. How are lesbians accepted/treated in this area? Is there an active lesbian community for 50+yr olds? Are there areas that we should be careful of? Are there specific areas that we should look into? Is the Olivia community still in the works in Tucson? We currently enjoy a wonderful family of friends and would love to connect with a similar group in Arizona. Are there other areas in Arizona we should consider? Thanks for sharing! Kath&Linnie
