Again, sorry for late reply.  This has been a crazy year for me with opening up a new photography studio and now a new purchase on another warehouse/studio location.  I hope you will forgive me.  I will ask for forgiveness on the 35th Birthday Cruise-bowing down-LOL.  I do understand-as a business owner myself of several companies that issues come up.  I would also like to add that I happened to talk with an Olivia employee as they were making sure that all Olivia ladies got back from a trip where their were weather difficulties.  I guess that is another reason why I don't want to complain because I know that Olivia takes on a HUGE responsibility when they CHARTER all the trips.  We are dealing with a company that is small in size comparison to some companies that would not put so much interest in making sure everyone is all right and safe and sound.  Olivia does care and they do have big dreams that they are chasing and I believe they can do anything they set their minds to.  As a owner of 8 websites, there is always something going on.  With the database that Olivia is dealing with, you are bound to have bugs and problems come up.  My motto is what ever is to be and take place while I am on this planet is what is meant to be and things usually fall into place the way they should.  I guess my constant self work on patience is helpful.  In my profession, I work under extreme deadlines and I depend on a team of creative artist who (in my opinion) are the best support network possible and I have to be patient while they do what they are best at.  We all should try the count to 10, 20, 30 or take a walk and get some fresh air suggestion that I received a long time ago and just be thankful that we have a company that we can be ourselves 24/7 when we travel.  I am truly thankful for that and I feel so blessed that Judy has the team at Olivia that she has because with that support network, she too can really do anything possible.

In another note, I would like to compliment you on your photography that I has the pleasure of seeing on your profile page a while back.  We have actually been on a couple trips together in the past, but there hasn't been an opportunity for me to introduce myself and thank you for all that you do for Olivia.  After asking for "Late Reply Forgiveness" on 35th Birthday, I will introduce myself, so you will not think I am crazy for bowing down in front of you.-LOL.

We want you all to know that we know the issues with this forum. What we thought we were getting was something better than what it turned out to be, and we understand your dissappointment. We are making progress and had frequent group contributors like Julie, as well as others from our groups participate in a user group on our last trip to go over the improvements that need to be made with one of our IT gals. You will see many of these suggestions being implemented soon, but it is a process. For those of you who still have the patience to change the "Oldest to Newest" setting, and take the time to open and navigate while we go through this, we appreciate you very much!

In the meantime, we hope you will find our travel pages and trip information more helpful than the last site. It includes so much more information and details about the trips, ships and destinations.

I totally agree.  Deleted from "favorite" list due to inactivity and user unfriendly.  Even the hordes are gone! 

The old forum was sooo much better and easier to navigate.
