I know that Olivia always appreciates constructive feedback. They do listen. That's how they built their company. So tell them how you feel.

Wow, I don't think any of us have the "juice". Certainly not me.

All I can suggest is that everyone keeps sending their input to Olivia.

I believe that Olivia, in the past, received  a lot of bookings as a result of the postings that were possible with the "user friendliness" & good relations on the old Forum. This site doesn't offer that. It's so user unfriendly that many have given up on it. So they should be interested & responsive to your feedback.

Tell Olivia directly, please, I have. Many of us that have travelled & posted on this site for years miss the great interchanges. Oh yes, we even had cyber parties that were so fun!! Don't have them any more!!

I totally agree this site is not friendly at all!  You can't keep track of everything that is going on.  Before...you can browse the entire site.  Plus the inability to edit the posts is really annoying.

Evergreen..do you or Brewmax have the juice?  If things don't happen  for the better, I really believe most will stop browsing and become uninterested.

I used to visit daily....now it's whenever..I am bored.

That's right.  It was a hassle even for the not so older folk!!!    I suppose everything comes down to priorities and time.  We don't know what's involved with making the changes or the availability of resource to make the changes....

I'm sure they will come through, it may take some time.  The weight of customer disatisfaction should drive changes.

Stumpy, if you reply to personal messages now the original message is attached & further messages are attached too. Just like regular e-mail replies. This is a definite improvement for we older folks that send messages & then forget what the hell we said!

(I'm not counting you as an older folk, obviously!!)

Yes, I too am waiting for the Newest to be on top. I am also waiting for the ability to edit a previous posting. Waiting for many other improvements too.

I know they are slow making changes but as I suggested, might be the problem, just a guess, the originator of this site has "left the building". I hope that Olivia will come through & make this site more user friendly. The old Forum was so great. We all miss it.

Evergreen - what improvements have they made?  I haven't really noticed any....  I'm still waiting for the Newest to top change to be implemented.  Should be a pretty easy code change.

Jill did mention they were working on making the site more user friendly.....  So that would be good.

I agree, it's a pain & I have Hi Speed. It's good to see that Olivia is making a few improvements though.
