We just saw on the Club Med website that the bars don't open until 10am!  Looks like we'll have to pack a bottle of Kettel One for our early morning screwdrivers.  Does anyone have any bubble wrap?

Yes, the cares must stay far far away, that's great advice. I can't believe the time is almost here. Our plane leaves at 8:30am Sat morning from Orlando, which means Tamy and I will be up at 4am to be at the airport by 6:30am :-) Ughhhh....Saturday will be a longgggg day but I can't wait to meet everyone.

Hello!!!   Just signed up Friday as a Solo for this trip.   I am one of the "just in time"  planners!"    Flight arrives from Boston via Philadelphia at 2:39 pm on Saturday.   I guess I will miss the early crowd but it only take me a minute (allright 10) to unpack and hit the pool, bar, meeting place (?) etc.!!!    

I Have gone on several O cruises but this is the 1st resort.   Never would have it occurred to me to go to Club Med before Olivia.  How Special is this to go to great places and in the company of "ourselves."  

I see that a longer number of women are on the Cancun II blog.   There are many interesting tidbits.  For instance:

Try this: go to You Tube and type in "Club Med Yucatan"  It is the 1st link  and will say "Reopening of ..."   What a place we are going to!!!!

Also have I missed the start of a list of names and rooms for who is coming on this link or the other links?  

I have looked at the zipline site.  Looks "exciting" - any other solos going on that?   And the list of excursions that are available is pretty lengthy too..

Looking forward to meeting everybody   from 1700 hundred to 400 women - that is going to be quite a change!!!"

Hello All!

   This will be the first Olivia vacation for my girlfriend of three years and me! We actually won the vacation when we were at the Vagina Monologues in P-Town for Women's Week last October. We were planning to book a cruise, but I'll take this! We can't wait! Neither of us have been to Cancun, we're excited about seeing the ruins and experiencing the culture. (This thing does NOT like my Mac!) I think Amanda and I are going to be one of the younger couples there. I'm 22 and Amanda is 25. We're from Connecticut and we're flying from Hartford to Ohio to Cancun (we waited too long to book our flight to get a one way flight :( ) we will be getting to the resort a few hours before check in, but the packet we got from Olivia yesterday assured us that would be okay! We can't wait to see all of you there!
