Hello to all you Florida ladies!

From two recently former Floridians living in Colorado Springs (yes, we know - what a change).  Margo and I will be taking our 7th Olivia trip and are very much looking forward to meeting you all - particularly catching up with our Florida friends.  We where in Bonita Springs for the past 10 years, I am a Native Floridian from Daytona Beach.

We don't arrive until Sunday AM - so hope to meet you all on the boat Sunday evening for a cocktail.  Our cabin is 226.

We think a good spot to meet for lunch on Saturday the 2nd, would be the Four Season Hotel, Gresham Palace, Roosevelt ter 5-7. We could meet at Noon, just inside in the lobby. We can decide if we want to eat there, or go somewhere else for lunch. If anyone else is interested in lunch feel free....  Just look for the two lesbians..

Joy, Rhonda and Mary - Definitely a small world... looks like there will be a Florida contingent on this cruise... Harriet's 2nd and my 8th or 9th.  Harriet and I live on Davis Island in Tampa... we'll be flying in to Budapest on Aug 2 (by way of a couple of days in London)..Staying at the Hilton Budapest.. maybe we can catch up before or during the cruise.

 Getting psyched for this years big tripto Europe. Cheryl & I live in the USVI.  We will be staying in Budapest for 2 days before the cruise at the InterContinental Hotel.  After the trip we are off to Cologne and then Amsterdam.

We are looking forward to meeting everyone in such an intimate setting.

 Just getting caught up on the group blogs and saw you live in St. Pete.  We live in Clearwater (small world).  Glad to hear you have found love.  We are so excited about the trip.  This will be our 10th trip with Olivia.  We're flying into Budapest on Aug 1.  We're not doing the pre-trip with Olivia - just going on our own with 2 other friends.  We're staying at the Marriott Executive Apartments.  Looking forward to meeting both os you.

Hi all,

Well, we don't arrive in Budapest until Saturday, August 2nd so can't make any pre-trip plans to meet up.  We are staying the one night at the Millennium Court, Budapest - Marriott Executive Apartments.  I think it's near the other larger Marriott, but the rate was much, much better - 125 euros plus taxes.  Anyone else staying there?

We're flying overnight from LA to Frankfurt, then on to Budapest, arriving mid-afternoon on the 2nd.  We won't have much time in Budapest, but hopefully will still be able to see some things on Sunday.  It seems that the ship doesn't actually leave Budapest until Monday.  After the cruise we are going by rail to Paris for 5 nights.  I have never been there and Laurie was there only briefly a long time ago.  Just made the rail reservation last night and the confirmation is all in German, so I sure hope I did it right!! 

Looking forward to meeting the other cruisers.  We went on Olivia's Alaska cruise a few years ago and loved it.

Hello everyone,

Barb and I just finalized the last details of our trip last night. We are flying into Frankfurt on July 27th and will be using it as a "home base" to do day trips. We fly out of Frankfurt on August 1st to Budapest and will be arriving just before noon. We are staying at Le Méridien Budapest.

If anyone is considering flying within Europe, check out www.ryanair.com, we found a great rate!

We are going to try "Rick Steves" method of travel, and only bring one carryon suitcase. This should be an interesting challenge since we tend to over-pack for a long weekend!

We are getting very excited about the trip and would be interested in meeting others before we board on Sunday. Keep us posted!
