I am not sure how far apart the two resorts are.  You could probably look it up on a map or you can ask them at the Sands and I am sure they will tell you.  They may even be able to take their shuttle over to Club Med.

You unfortunately will feel like you are taking a step down when you go to Club med from the Sands.  We stayed in an ocean front one bedroom suite while we were there and it was fantastic.  Tons of room, a full kitchen and small laundry area plus a wonderful screened balcony that we could just sit and look at the ocean and relax.

I would have booked our second week there but I love the Olivia experience so am willing to give up the luxories of the Sands to be with family.

There are several great restaraunts as well and you must try the Lobster while you are there, it is nothing like here in the states.

Great to hear from someone who has stayed at The Sands. We are really looking forward to it and will probably do some spa stuff along with relaxing in prep for a great week. How far is The Sands from Club Med? See from the Olivia info that we are expected to make our way back to the airport for transport to Club Med. If it is closer to grab a cab to CM would prefer that.

Just spent the last few hours pulling our Halloween costume together. Too much!!!!

We are not arriving early since we are staying two weeks, but I wanted to tell you that you will love the Sands at Grace Bay.  Lisa and I stayed there in 2006.

Seven of us (5 from Toronto and 2 from Britain) are going a few days ahead to get rested up for partying. We are staying at The Sanda at Grace Bay and arriving Tuesday/Wednesday. Anyone else? We are very excited about meeting everyone.
